What happens to your data

Companion apps in this category have a track record of shutting down abruptly — sometimes with as little as two weeks' notice and no clear plan for what happens to people's conversations. We'd rather tell you our plan now, before you need it, than have you find out the hard way.
The commitments
- 60 days' notice, minimum, if we ever shut down. You'll get an email the day we decide, not the day before.
- You can export everything, anytime, in one click. Your familiar's traits, your full conversation history, and everything in their memory — as a plain JSON file, from your account settings. Not a support ticket, not a "request submitted" queue.
- We never sell your conversations, and they're never used to train anyone else's familiar.
- Canceling is two taps from account settings, no phone call, no retention flow designed to talk you out of it.
What we store
Your account email, your familiar's species and personality settings, your full message history with them, and the memory entries extracted from your conversations (which you can view, edit, or delete anytime from the chat screen).
What we don't do
We don't share your conversations with advertisers, don't sell data to third parties, and don't use your conversations to improve or train anyone else's familiar — your familiar's memory is yours alone.
